Neave Group Outdoor Solutions, celebrating its 45th year in business, is seeking dedicated, reliable and hard-working Snow Removal Laborers for the winter season - Hiring NOW!

Snow Removal Laborer Job Duties:

  • Utilize tools such as snow blowers and shovels to remove snow and ice from residential and commercial client properties
  • Other duties as assigned

*Snow Removal Laborers will be on-call during the season and must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.


Snow Removal Laborer Requirements:

  • Experience preferred but not required - WILL TRAIN
  • Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays during the season
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable using a Smart-phone
  • Must be able to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, including ability to stoop/kneel/ crouch, ascending/descending on ladders, traverse uneven terrains with or without weight and equipment
  • Must be able to stand and work consistently all day

*Snow Removal Laborers will constantly be exposed to extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, snow, sleet, and freezing temperatures.
