Neave Group Outdoor Solutions, one of the fastest growing landscape and outdoor solutions firms in the region is seeking an energetic, hard-working and highly motivated Landscape Account Manager for our Property Maintenance Department.

 

As the Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for the Westchester, NY market and will be operating primarily in the White Plains, NY area.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do as the Landscape Account Manager:

  • Come be our clients’ primary contact to ensure innovative solutions, satisfaction and quality work
  • You’ll conduct client meetings and site walk-through’s, up-selling, present opportunities for enhancements and ensure landscape maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards
  • Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating maintenance crew teams.
  • Assist management with managing labor hours and quality work to meet our gross profit objective.
  • Take initiative to resolve client needs, complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Skills we’re seeking for the Landscape Account Manager:

  • Along with a high degree of self-initiative and integrity, the professional we seek has at least 3-5  years of landscape maintenance account management experience, and the ability to deliver on-point customer solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM program, maintenance estimating and pricing skills, along with an adaptable nature in an ever changing environment, relationship building talent and a sales focus
  • Prior experience in the landscape industry and local market is preferred
  • Strong plant identification and turf knowledge
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry based programs quickly
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Availability to work overnight, holidays & weekends during snow season. Available 24/7 during winter storm events.
