Neave Group Outdoor Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Pool and Irrigation Operation Manager to join our award-winning team. This position will be predominately based in Westchester, NY.

What you’ll do as the Pool and Irrigation Operation Manager:

  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction to all clients
  • Manage 3 to 8 pool and irrigation service crews
  • Manage and ensure job/ labor costs stay within budget.
  • Set crew scheduling accordingly to meet client needs
  • Set up and attend client meetings according to client's needs and schedule
  • Other projects and duties as needed and assigned
  • During the winter, act as a Manager for Holiday Décor installation
  • Work in outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to, sun, heat, rain, snow, extreme cold
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Requirements for the Pool and Irrigation Operation Manager:

  • 5+ years with Management experience
  • Pool/ Irrigation experience preferred but not necessary
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work 6 days a week during peak season
  • Strong computer skills and experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and bend, stoop, squat, stand and walk for extended periods of time
